Box 297 Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006-0297. 20% restocking charge will apply to all returns We have a lifetime guarantee on all our products, and we would be happy to replace any broken item. Please just send the item back to P.O. Box Box 297 Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006-0297. Once the broken item is received we will then ship the new item. |

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. We will ship your order via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail (UPS available upon request). If you prefer to have your order shipped freight collect, we will gladly do so using the carrier of your choice. |
Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 2-5 business days. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible. We use recycled boxes and packing materials for mail orders.
Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
